Agroberries acquires minority stake in BerryWorld.

Agroberries, a leading, vertically integrated producer and marketer of berries, with a best-in-class portfolio of proprietary and exclusive berry genetic variations, has purchased a minority investment in BerryWorld's EMEA and APAC operations.

Agroberries' genetic variants are developed using unique breeding programmes.


According to BerryWorld, the investment will provide them with a stable basis for expansion as well as a diverse worldwide presence that will cover the whole of the value chain.
