Pro-Force has introduced a Permanent Recruitment Division, aimed at connecting clients with skilled professionals for permanent roles while also providing support for skilled worker visas.
This new service reflects the company’s focus on meeting the recruitment needs of both new and existing clients in a changing market.
"I am thrilled to join Pro-Force, a natural choice for me due to its forward-thinking, dynamic company culture," says Kim Lane, Permanent Recruitment Manager at Pro-Force.
"I'm keen to assist our existing clients with their permanent vacancies while actively exploring new opportunities with clients across the country. I look forward to utilising my extensive expertise to make a meaningful difference in this exciting new division."
"Launching this division allows us to enhance our service offering and better support our clients in securing the talent they need to thrive," says Emma Pantry, Regional Director at Pro-Force.
"With Kim at the helm, we are confident that we will deliver exceptional results and continue to foster strong relationships with our clients."
Alongside traditional recruitment services, the division will facilitate skilled worker visa applications for roles listed on the Home Office's eligible occupations list, enabling access to international candidates on five-year visas.
Pro-Force is a prominent provider of temporary worker recruitment services and operates as a Seasonal Worker Scheme operator, with offices across the UK. The company facilitates employment for over 32,000 associates and 8,500 seasonal workers annually.
